Onboarding

Upon beginning our partnership, you will receive a personal welcome email within one business day. This will include a link to schedule our 30-minute kickoff call to establish goals, connect accounts, and define our path forward.

Billing & Invoicing

This is a monthly retainer. Your card will be charged automatically on this day each month via Squarespace and Stripe for secure, reliable billing. You will receive an automated receipt for your records.

Communication & Reporting

All communication and strategy will be handled directly with the principal. You will receive your performance report on the first business day of each month. We value deep work; email is our preferred method for non-urgent matters.

Partnership Terms

We believe in earning your business every month. This is a month-to-month engagement with no long-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
